This section provides engagement of an external professional legal adviser who will be answering questions and concerns posted. For a successful process, please fill in the question fields with all relevant information and queries. 

When the information is received, and your organization has met the preliminary eligibility criteria (as being part of NGOs Portal community), your queries will be shared with the third party legal adviser for feedback and consultation. PDF will ensure the following:

• The coverage of all legal work which isn’t specifically aligned to one business
• Raise awareness of legal risks
• Provide guidance on the proper application and interpretation of laws and regulations applicable to your question
• Ensure adequacy of controls to mitigate legal risks and roll out legal and regulatory developments, changes, and practices and associated risks
• Provide internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to joint venture, registration of new organization and copyrights handling according to the country’s applicable laws.
